Met requirements. Fairly clean, lovely place really close to pubs, convenient shops, pub, coffee shops, and bakeries. A bath, a shower and fresh towels available. Helpful and affable staff, no reason to complain. Magnificent and unbeatable position, with good free parking nearby.

The accommodation was lovely and comfortable near to independent shops, cafes and bakeries and the city center. The apartment had great and excellent location close to city centre.
Rooms were slightly dark.

Its location in good neighbourhood is excellant and perfect. Also, the place is short walk to independent shops, cafes and bakeries, centre and the Quay.

It's comfortable apartment really close to centre of town, thoroughly enjoyed it. The bathroom was fine and had a shower, complimentary toiletries and bath sheets, that was enough for us. The window was facing garden. Location was particularly good and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Exeter Quay.

Spacious and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen and living room. Good heating and nice rain shower with good pressure.- Close to shops, pubs, and restaurants, with easy access to the city center and quay.
Shower not fully enclosed, which caused water to leak onto the floor. Main bed was a little small and the mattress was quite hard.

our stay at magdalen quarters in exeter was exceptional. the house was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. the attention to detail was impressive, and the location was perfect with lots of shops and cafes nearby. we will definitely be returning!
